ARE-TEC is a company that was was born 5 years ago, created by necessity. Watching his wife struggle and be dissatisfied with various website tools and products, our founder Chris Koehler began to develop sleek, custom tools, with an eye towards quality and simplicity. And now, 5 years later, the tools and methods have been honed and refined, made clear and effective through constant use and smart modifications, tested to their limits through both a hot market and a cold one. Finally, Chris is ready to share his tools, systems, and knowledge with the rest of the real estate community.

At the heart of ARE-TEC is Chris Koehler. He's a software engineer with a track record of achievement in software and web development as a top-notch web architect and developer. Chris is a consumate professional, adept in a wide variety of programming languages, a database wizard, and all-around smart geek.
